I found the location convenient with easy access to dining options and public transportation nearby. The staff's attentiveness. I appreciated the quick resolution when the safe malfunctioned. The battery was replaced promptly. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast. The pool was a good size.

i found the rooms awesome with very nice bathrooms and comfy beds. the atmosphere throughout the hotel was fun and exciting. the internet was fast, and the service people were always helpful. the hotel itself has such a beautiful and rich look, i loved it. the spa center was cool, and the pool area was amazing! the breakfast buffet was extraordinary!!!
the minibar prices were slightly high for some items. it was a minor issue, especially considering all the great things the hotel offers.

dirty roomstained furniture
my room was advertised as a 'superior room'. i found nothing superior about it. the room wasn't properly cleaned . the carpets and furniture were stained. also, the staff never replaced the coffee or tea after the first morning. the bathroom mirror had water stains present at check-in and remained there throughout my visit, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It included an excellent array of options that catered to all preferences. i liked the room, it was like a sanctuary with plush pillows and fine linens. the hotel entrance felt grand, like stepping into opulence. the staff were warm.
the room needed some updating! i noticed loose sockets that didn't work well with adapter plugs.

The room seemed dated. There were no USB power outlets near the bed, a necessity for modern travelers. I had to charge my phone across the room. The shower head fell off while I was showering. It took maintenance a while to fix it, and I was left inconvenienced
